All glories to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudeva. Thank you to those who responded. 81 devotees have registered so far for the parikrama. Since we have reached our original limit of 75, unfortunately we have stopped the registration. We are sorry to say that we wont be able to accept any more devotees for the parikramas. We are limiting to 75 devotees in our parikrama group, so please send your details asap and reserve your spot. Please find below the information to send money for the room charges in Vrindavan. If you are in USA, please send a check in favour of 'Renuka Radhakrishnan'(my legal name) and send it to 22786, SE 13th Ln, Sammamish, WA 98075 If you are in India, please send check/DD in favour of 'Yadram Sharma'(Vrindavan Bihari Prabhu's legal name, who will be actually booking the rooms in Vrindavan) and send it to 295, Sant Colony Parikrama Marg, If you are located somewhere else, there are 2 options to send me money. Option 1 : Wire Transfer to my bank account. But you have to pay the wire transfer fees. So I would suggest to use this option if many people are going to send the money together, so that its cheap Option 2 : Using Paypal. Paypal also charges some commission, which is a percentage of the amount you are sending. I would suggest to use this option if you are sending money by yourself. Please make sure you send extra money so that it would cover the commission. Srila Gurudeva has mercifully decided to take us all on parikramas in Kartik. He will be doing the parikramas with His Holiness BB Govinda Maharaj. Sri Prahlad Prabhu will also be joining. Following is the schedule 24th October - Vrindavan parikrama begins Though the parikrama finishes on 7th, there will be bhajans every evening in BB Govinda Maharaja’s house from November 7 – 14. To manage things easier, Gurudev would prefer to have a maximum of 75 devotees in his group. So its on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to join this parikrama, please send me an email with these details Name : As usual, everyone has to pay for their rooms, Prasadam and transportation. HH Radhanath Maharaja is doing parikrama at the same time in Vrindavan with thousands of devotees. Their group has booked most of the rooms in Vrindavan. Only rooms available now are in Ananda Krishna Van. 3 people in a room costs Rs. 1200 per day and 5 people in a room costs Rs.1700 per day. If you want to book these rooms, you need to make full payment within the next 10 days and no refunds would be provided. This is just to avoid cases where devotees ask us to reserve the rooms but then end up not taking it due to some reasons and we have to pay the full amount later. We will also let you know how to make the payment for the rooms. Alternative is you can make your own arrangements for accomodation in Vrindavan. But just note that this might not be easy as most of the rooms are already booked by HH Radhanath Maharaja's group. We will let you know soon regarding travel to Jaipur, room charges in Jaipur, travel to Rishikesh, room charges in Rishikesh and return to Vrindavan. Please pass this to other god-brothers, god-sisters who are not part of this group.
